Follow the steps below to permanently delete your GLOW account and all associated data.
Launch GLOW on your phone and make sure you are logged in.
Tap the profile icon at the bottom of the screen.
Tap the settings gear icon at the top right corner.
Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account". Confirm when prompted.
Your profile, photos, matches, messages, likes, and all personal data are permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.
